Why to read

Some of the main reasons to read can be quoted from Rich Rivers:
"Books are sources of knowledge, entertainment, fun, information and many more. People read books for various reasons of their own".

Some of reasons are:

1.We read books because we want to become knowledgeable. People who read a lot gain much knowledge.

2.Even without traveling, we can discover about places and things that we haven't known ever existed.
Reading books let us discover the hidden places that we haven't known in our life.

3.We read books for entertainment. Most fiction stories are written to entertain.

I love reading fiction stories because it makes me relax and be away from my work for a few hours. As I read the book I find it very calming and relaxing.

4. To learn how to do things that we don't know how to do without asking someone for help or spending money for someone to teach us.

5. To be updated about the modern technology.Reading a book could update us about what's going on in the world of modern technology.

6. To learn about different cultures in order to relate with the different races and understand the many cultures in this world we are in.

7. To learn about a language even without going to school and studying a certain language we could learn about it with the proper use of a book.

8.Many people read because it is a hobby that they have developed over the years. A person whose hobby is reading will ready any kind of book.

9.Books are used as resource materials especially to students. Students read books because they have research works or they are given assignment by their teacher that needs answers from a book.

10.Reading books makes a difference in a boring life to some people.
